Team Leadership

I am beautifully torn between creativity and functionality. This overflows through my leadership style. Creatively, I have unattainable inspiration and lofty ideas. Yet functionally, I have a clear understanding of mine and other’s capabilities, budget, time limits, and resources. So, when I come into a meeting, I am not the creative that shoots for the moon but I am the creative that achieves the goal – every time.
